Maha Sivarathri was celebrated at Vidyalaya Buddhar Maidhan from 10 pm on 18-2-2023 to 05 am on 19-2-2023 with the following programmes.
- Rudhraprashanam by Swami Dhinathananda
- Sivamahima Sthothram by Swami Trilokatmananda
- Bhajans and Temple valam – lead by Swami Harivratananda and Vidyalaya Bhagavadhars
- Abhisekam and Flower offering
- Spiritual Lectures – Swami Tadbhasananda, Swami Nirmaleshananda and Dr. S.Gobi.
- Thirumurai Pannisai, Sivanama Sangeerthanam,
- Drama on Nandanar and Sivathandavam by Swami Vivekananda Youth Forum members
- Arathi – by Swami Jnanapurnananda
300 students of Vidyalaya Institutions and Devotees of Vidyalaya Quarters participated in the programme.
