In commemoration of the 150th Birth Anniversary of Sister Nivedita, Ramakrishna Mission Vidyalaya initiated ‘Sister Nivedita Anna Yojana’ in the year 2017 with the objective of providing free lunch throughout the year at the door steps of 50 aged destitutes residing in the neighborhood.
From 29.05.2022, this scheme is implemented at main entrance of Ramakrishna Mission Vidyalaya, where 50 needy people are provided free lunch everyday.
