Ramakrishna Mission Vidyalaya Higher Education Institutions, College of Arts and Science, College of Education and Maruthi College of Physical Education jointly organised 4th SWARAM intercollegiate Drama Competition on 23 September 2023.
This year a total number of 11 colleges from various parts of Tamilnadu participated by performing various drama enacting the Characters from our Indian Epics and Puranas. The objective of the programme is to depict values among the students community through the Epics and Puranas and promotion and propagation of our Indian cultural tradition.
Around 220 students from 11 colleges performed Dramas on various characters which were witnessed by monastic members, staff and students of Vidyalaya. Swami Tadbhasananda Maharaj, Correspondent, Vidyalaya Polytechnic College and Swami Harivratananda Maharaj, Secretary, TAT Kalanilayam Middle School graced the occasion and distributed the Rolling Trophy, Cash Award and Certificates to the first five place winners.
